To achieve a durable and viable product BullDog has spent countless hours and capital researching and developing the compatible combination of product chemistry that now bare the BullDog seal. We have specifically designed our pigmented ink and giclee canvases to provide a large color gamut, unsurpassed longevity, and to work well with our UV resistant vinyl coating which, in turn is compatible with our impasto displayed here.
We recommend our impasto to artists and digital printers who are looking to add a clear texture to their works or giclees. BullDog Impasto is not intended as a coating replacement and should only be applied to coated products to achieve a desired texture. Application of the impasto is easy, like applying textured paint, simply brush on the impasto where texture is needed. Offered in 1 gallon containers, the BullDog Impasto is available in two sheens: gloss and satin.
